Principal Professional Services Consultant | Empowering Teams | Driving Change

I am a passionate and empathetic engineer based in Glasgow, Scotland. I’m dedicated to improving the lives of IT professionals through the DevOps movement and software automation. In my current role as a Principal Professional Services Consultant at PagerDuty, I enable our most strategic customers to achieve success with the PagerDuty Operations Cloud, partnering with them to solve their most critical real-time operational challenges and developing the processes to deliver amazing customer experiences. I thrive in fast-paced environments where I can partner with diverse teams to deliver impactful, transformative results for customers.

My career has been defined by helping organizations solve their most complex operational challenges, building strong relationships, and delivering expert-level professional services. Recruited as the first Professional Services consultant in EMEA for both PagerDuty and Chef Software, I was instrumental in establishing each company’s regional practice. This involved creating the foundational methodologies for service delivery, mentoring high-performing teams, and partnering with leadership to build the business and shape global initiatives.

Before moving into consulting, I was the IT Manager for the Glasgow University Students’ Representative Council, where I directed the technology strategy, automated infrastructure, and developed applications.

Personal Interests
